Terms & Conditions
– My plans have changed, can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can! However, as the spaces on the course are limited, we request that you cancel at least 1 week before the course starting date. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone else. In order to cancel, please email us at info@armouredcombat.co.uk.

– Will I get a refund?
Yes, depending on the notice you give us. You will get a 100% refund if you cancel more than 2 weeks before and a 50% one if you cancel up to 1 week before the course starting date. Cancellations after this point are not refunded. There is also a £10 cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund.

– I cannot attend anymore; can I offer my spot to a friend?
Yes, you can. Please email us at info@armouredcombat.co.uk with the contact details of a person you want to pass your spot to and we'll take it from there.

– Can the course be cancelled?
We are doing all we can to not let this happen! However, there are certain scenarios when it might go dowm this way, such as insufficient booking or a force majeure that is out of our control. In the event of cancellation, you can choose to either get a full refund (no cancellations fee!) or transfer your payment to the next course. We will contact you to discuss it as soon as possible using the contact details you've provided at the time of booking.
